    What We Offer for You

    Aadhunik is a commercial construction company that provides superior quality construction services and operational excellence through efficient planning, direct communication and competitive pricing.

    An ongoing approach of doing Redevelopment where the entire project is given to a Developer. The Developer funds the entire project and promises to pay the rent, provide extra space and provide corpus to the society members. The Developer, in turn, makes money through the sale of extra units developed in the premises based on the FSI and TDR available to the society. The prime advantage of such a transformation is evident – the usual difference between the old and the new.
    Self Redevelopment
    A traditional approach of doing Redevelopment in which the entire project is done by society. The society members manage to raise the funds required for the project along with managing the entire expense of various professionals involved during the project. They also manage the sales of the extra units developed in the premises along with the legal documentation required by various government authorities. The society members at the end of the project get extra space and corpus.
    The most recent process where the entire project is managed by a Development Consultant who manages the fundraising required for the project oversees and manages the various professionals involved during the project, manages the legal documentation and liasioning with government authorities, and also the sales of the extra units developed in the premises. In return, the Development Consultant charges a fee for managing the entire project.


    The Developers reserve the right to change plans, specifications, and features without prior notice or obligation, at their sole discretion and subject to the approval of Government authorities.
